IKEA - Svärta and Tuffting -

(... hoping that IKEA has the same name for their products all over the world.)
We - that is DS - need this type of bed to create space and a "cave" underneath for a place to sit and game / read.
Would you reccommend or not? (Tuffting is on offer right now.)

My nephew has one in his bedroom. When he first got it he had the smallest bedroom in the house and so my sister had a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers under it. Now that they have moved to a bigger house he has the desk attachment which is used for his Playstation and homework. It seems to be sturdy as it has survived a couple of house moves.
