I do a lot of this at night and have some revolting yellow stains on my bed sheets. Is there any way of a 100% return to whiteness or should I bin them? Any tips?

Wash hot with good bio powder (Lidl's often comes top in the Which tests).
Washing more often will give stains less chance to set, but good bio powder will see you right.

Drying them in the sun might help too.

Would you say you sweat a lot at night OP? Is this a recent thing? Have you had any weight loss?

Thanks guys. Peri menopause sweats I think.

Sorry OP, just wanted to check as night sweats can be a sign of Lymphoma.
