Anyone found the perfect container for keeping bags of flour in?

preferably i'd like to just stick a new bag in rather than decant....

My current, lasted ten years, lot are no longer fit for purpose and I've got a drawer full of half used bags spilling everywhere.

I use an old bread bin. It’s a large, quite old, metal one. It fits in my larder cupboard. Perfect for storing all my bags of flour in. 🙂

I used to refill my McDougall box.

But now I use IKEA glass jars ..
They sit on our counter

IKEA glass jars here.

I hate chucking away flour because moths have got into them/can't stand the gross out factor of just thinking about the things. Glass jars are more secure than tins. Means I would be able to see at a glance if anything's got in or if I need to get more, too.

I thought the internet would be riddled with them - apparently not.

In theory I like the Oxo ones but they are expensive and you have to tip out the bag.
Am I going to have to take an actual bag of flour to IKEA to test.....

By the way, to avoid flour mites, put any new bags of flour in the freezer for a couple of hours and that kills off any eggs

Thank you, heading into town, will check out TKMaxx followed by IKEA, Oxo last resort!

IKEA £2.50 ones take almost a whole bag of flour ..
A bag of sugar easily...

A bag of flour fits perfectly into a 1.8l Lock & Lock rectangular storage box without needing to decant it.
