Home inspection tips please

Having my first ever home inspection next month! Can anyone give me tips on what to do?! I have been given no info on what they're looking for and I am DESPERATE to make a good impression by coincidence my previous boss is the letting agent doing the inspection

If they are a sensible landlord, they'll look for things like leaks and damp, that you haven't developed a cannabis factory and that you're not subletting.

I recently spoke to someone who had rented out their property to what he thought were 3 single males but it turned out to be 3 families, all who were living in a 3 bed terraced house. He wasn't sure how many adults were living there but there were at least 10 children
