Help me plan my new utility?!

We have converted an old outbuilding into a small utility room. It is roughly 5x7 foot so not huge but will be a massive help for storage & muddy boots. It will have the tumble drier, sink, lots of storage and an outside loo! What else should I try & accommodate? And any fancy storage ideas? It has a high ceiling with a large half shelf for storing outdoor sofa cushions. Ideas welcomed

Space for putting dirty and clrN clothes. I sort as clothes comei to the utility room and sort once clean. This saves me time because I only sort clothes once for washing and because I fold and sort as they are dry it's quicker to put clothes away

Oh yes I remember someone saying each family member has a basket/tub that they have their clean clothes folded into then they put it away. I love this idea yet think my kids would just screw the clothes all up again whilst putting away. 🙄 Agree I need a clean clothes space though

Is your washer in there?
I accidentally placed my washer opposite the tumble dryer, but it was genius - I can literally throw the wet stuff straight over, into the dryer. I have the basket in between for any sportswear/delicates.

If the ceiling can accommodate it I would put in a pulley airer for non-tumble dry-able stuff. Saves floor space and unless it's v cold the clothes would benefit from the heat from the tumble drier.
