Stick blender or Food Processor

Keen on making things like hummous, nut butters, chopping nuts, whisking egg whites, making soup. Would a food processor or stick blender be better for this kind of thing? Obvs needs to be easy to clean as a priority. Any recommendations??

Never try to make hummous in a jug blender. They don’t like it at all.
