Removing a stain with 'danger' ingredients

So I accidentally spilt some Mr Muscle drain foamer on the carpet. On the back it says it contains 'danger' ingredients Sodium hypochlorite and Sodium hydroxide. It says do not use together with other products as it may release dangerous gases (chlorine).

It's now left a rather large stain. Anyone know how to remove it, without risking it releasing gases? I've had a search online on how to remove it, but because it contains two danger ingredients I can't find one solution

try scrubbing with hot water let it dry scrub again with hot water make sure to use gloves.

see if you can remove some of it that way you maybe able to use a cleaner if you can atleast wash it away with water
