How do I clean this shower enclosure?

New shower enclosure fitted after long battle with previously leaky shower. This is the enclosure:

It’s a big solid structure and the metal aspects are quite prominent. Currently got loads of finger marks etc from fitting.

How will I keep these metal bits looking clean and shiny without ruining the finish?

Get one of those microfibre cloths where you don’t use anything with it you just literally use the cloth to buff it ,Then I’d use white vinegar for a proper clean

Don't use anything containing bleach as it discolours the finished permanently.
