I just use normal kitchen spray. Soap pads if its really mucky.

The astonish paste is very good and has no nasty chemicals.

Brillo pads are also very good!

Both cost around £1 each!

I discovered this by accident when a meatloaf recipe called for cooking in a roasting pan of water - the steam loosened a lot of the grubby stuff and it just wiped off. Might be worth a try? Fill a roasting pan with boiling water, put oven on medium, leave an hour, turn off and leave to cool slightly then wipe. Just be careful removing the tray of boiling hot water
