I am out this morning, my friend has someone comming to value her house, but she has to work this morning until 12 noon, so I'm house sitting for her incase they call while she is out.

I then have a heap of work to do for DH, he is currently readvertising so we sat up last night getting hundreds of addresses of garages and repair workshops, which need to be put on our data base...not looking forward to that!!!! Then we have Flyers to send out to each one (That will be one massive mail shot) but once it is all done, it won't need doing again for a while. I will make a start on that this afternoon.

Not too much housework to do really, I did a fair bit yesterday...just the basics today.

Right kids are back to school/nursery today, so I had better get on.

Morning Jas Thanks for the thread. Another early start here, but I've just managed to get laptop to behave. Trying on & off for the past hour or so.

Not making list today, my Mum's coming on Thursday so I plan to do alittle tonight & tomorrow. Not looking to bad as we did lots last week for visitors last weekend.

Still undecided if I should take Ellie to her swimming class today. She has a snotty nose & cough was terrible last night. DH says she will be fine, I am not sure, especially given how wet it gets outside

My head is feeling a little better thanks - ended up keeping me awake half the night until I was eventually sick after which I managed to get a little sleep migrane I think, haven't had one for years and have no idea what caused it (in the past they were caused by eating too much dairy...) Anyway, although I'm weary this morning I feel OK so hope that once I get showered and dressed I'll be OK for the day...Dh has been very good at helping get the kids up and ready for school this morning so I could take it easier
Luda you sound busy with dh and work - hope the mailshot proves successful for you
EHM I'd prob take Ellie swimming if it's nothing more than a runny nose...but the cough may make me think again...

Jobs for today? I really want to try to keep on top of the missions properly so will try to do the 15min thing and clear the hall (never did get it done yesterday) The sun is shining so I hope it'll dry the grass enough for me to mow it later. Other than that it's all the usual wm/dw stuff....sigh...back to normal again...

Im not flying today, wanted to pop on and let you know. I feel like rubbish so lazing around today, will try to do the missions later if i feel better. I have headache, sore throat, achy bones, tummy ache and i feel sick!

Must run and feed my hungry baby (hes always hungry!!!)

Right we are off out, I've a few errands to run & Ellie needs new shoes. She did have 2 pairs, now only has 1 pair, which a bit tight. 1 shoe left of the 2nd pair flung from the buggy one day without my knowing

EHM Enjoy the shoe shopping - all those cute little first shoes I need new school shoes for dd but really don't want to invest in any at this stage in the term....she'll be seeing the year out in her little cork-bed mules at this rate!
Luda hadn't thought of hormones...could well be the cause... I'm feeling much better on that front though and although the headache is there in the background it's not enough to stop me getting on so I feel much better all round, just tired.

I wasn't going to do a list but need one to help me get it all sorted in my mind so here goes...
~make beds done
~tidy bedrooms done
~washing first load in
~put away clean washing (loads) done some
~mission in hall and yesterdays outside front door
~s&s kitchen, clean table and kids chairs
~tidy playroom
~s&s bathroom/cloakroom
~hoover downstairs, and mop if time
~mow grass

That'll do for the day - it's almost 11 already so I need to get a shift on! It keeps clouding over so I'm not sure if I'll be getting the mower out after-all...

I really should be getting the washing put away but am feeling lazy again!
My house is a tip and i can't get on top of it.
WTF is wrong with me? Why can i not manage to keep this place tidy?

I have cleared the rubbish off the desk which is a start.

MUST go and get on! Have to leave in 15mins and MUST at least have the current load of washing hung out (indoors - rain has arrived ) and the next load in the wm before I go...

I have 2 hours before i have to pick DD1 up from pre-school.
I will start by stripping the beds i think. Then tidy up Dd's bricks in their room before i stand on another one.

No idea how i am going to get the sheets all dry though! TD eating up the electic.

5 beds stripped! Pile of sheets by the WM.
TD on.
WM just finished a load.
Sheets will be put in later.
teddies and bricks picked up in DD's room.

Lunch time now.

Might get a little more done before picking DD1 up.

Back from Town errands complete, met friend & her twin boys for a cuppa. Ellie is just eating a late lunch. I am just going to grab a sandwich then hand out towels which are still slightly damp from yesterday on drier. Its very close & muggy, rained a lot earlier sunny at mo.

tort impressed with the bed stripping 5 beds. It takes me all my time to do 1 plus cot.Don't be too hard on yourself you do a fab job 5 lo's & no help. I am in awe of you, I couldnt do it{hug}
shouldbe Ellie's feet have grow 1 size bigger. There was a sale on in Clarkes so we bought 2 pairs 1 pink & 1 whiteHope you are still feeling ok?

EHM Stripping the beds doesn't take long. Its the remaking that takes hours! All the teddies that need to be placed back on the end of the bed nicely takes hours (Only for them to mess it up within minutes!)

Afternoon all

Busy day here in the Mad house, dd has swimming and dance show later . Managed to finish bathroom and today .....(blows own trumpet) have put up the glass shelf which has been hiding in a cupboard for 4 years, and it's level!!!!!

Aside from that not doing much today but laundry is on the line so hopefully it'll stay dry that little bit longer

I have not managed much computer work yet...keep getting phone calls! DH then came home and had to shufty me off the comp to make some phone calls and look something up.

Have to go and get DD1 soon too.

Might manage a bit more this evening
