help with tesco online shopping and voucher codes.........................please!!!!

I've been trying to input some money off coupons for pampers and huggies for tesco online but am getting nowhere.
Am I being dim or are the paper coupons not redeemible online?
Can't seem toinput any codes for exrea tesco points either.
Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My delivery is due wednesday!

Can't redeem them online but give them to delivery driver and then the value will be put onto your card

I contacted customer services who said I could only redeem them instore!
am glad I posted on here!

I never new that. Will try with my next order.
