I am looking to switch supplier and this has come up as an option. I have never heard of them.
Any information/recommendation?
TIA

I'm using them. Been absolutely fine so far, and significantly less expensive than my previous supplier.

Absolutely shit customer service. And appalling internal record keeping. They've owed me £280 since November last year (they admit this but cannot get it together to pay me). Fuckers.

Oh dear.
It is difficult isn't it.
I am trying to get my finances sorted due to massive drop in income, but I really don't need any more stress.
I might look at some other options.
Glad it is working ok for you MagicKeys.
I am always the person who ends up with a problem though...

I work at Tonik, so appreciate I’m probably biased! If I can help, let me know. Or you can take a look at our Trustpilot page to see what our members have to say: uk.trustpilot.com/review/tonikenergy.com

I've been using them for just under a year, including a house move during this time. No major grumbles, customer service over the phone has been ok although they are only open Mon-Fri and during office hours which can be annoying if you can't ring during that time. Email responses usually take a couple of days but they have sorted any queries I had.

You don't get all the bells and whistles service as you would from one of the major suppliers, but they offered the best price to me at the time and I liked the appeal of renewable energy as well.

I've had loads of billing errors and my usage had apparently gone up so much that I need to double my direct debit. I seriously doubt that's the case but can't prove anything from the bills because they are all full of errors that are apparently all miraculously "fixed" but I can't make head nor tail of them. Think I'll have to switch.
