Neff hide and slide oven

I spilt some cheese sauce from a lasagne as I was putting it in the oven. Can't find my manual but the sauce has gone between the two panes of glass in the door and I can't get to it to clean it. Does anyone know if you can remove one of the panes of glass?

It can be removed, there are instructions in the manual. And videos on YouTube. I haven’t done it for a while because it’s fiddly (and last time I broke the door assembly so had to reassemble it). It involves locking the hinge and slide mechanism and lifting the door off. From there you can take the glass panel off.

This is a design fault, the top of the triple plated door is not sealed. Ihad a similar problem and got a cleaning company who did a fabulous job for £70 for two ovens in fact

Hope you got on ok. I’ve done it a few times now but the last was a nightmare!
