Sorry, a quilt. The thick ones.

Mine needs washing the dog sneaks in when he can and lies on top of the bed. But the weather is so awful. It is hard to get in the machine and the devil to dry in the tumbler. I guess four times a year. The shams get washed with the bed linen.
