I did very little yesterday and will be busy/out most of this week so am hopong to just prevent further deterioration at home.

Grrr on the bread! We ranout last week and shamefully had to get DS a sandwich from sainsburys garage take it out the packet and put it in a sandwhich bag !!

Will be back with list later on when Ive figured it out lol!

Off to do work/school run now! Im in all day waiting for parcels so I shall be busy!

Morning julz and jas must pack today and organise removal properly. Am looking at the carpet and thinking carpet cleaning as well as buying some small pots of paint to cover marks. Will do that as well today.

Kids are at home today...school INSET day.
I'm hoping the rain will hold off today. We can maybe actually get out the house! The Guinea Pigs need cleaning out too...haven't actually managed to do it because of all the rain!

Kids Sports Day is on wednesday....I really wish we could actually start our summer sometime soon

Well no list as such, as I need to keep the kids occupied again today....

Hello to shouldbe, tort, simplyS, grouchy & all you regular fly ladies. Also a big wave to anybody I've missed. Any body heard from rollonsummer lately?

Done so far:
load, run & empty dw
hang out load of washing
2 loads done in wm
bring back washing in(blinkin weather!!)
washed dd
breakfast me & dd
make bed & cot
phone mum & sister for catch up

To do:
washing & drying
ironing when clothes dried(if required)
dress me
decide what to do for tea
sort out fridge

There's more but can't think at moment feel very tired. Have a good day all.x.x.x

Thankfully the part of the mission I've done last week. Wiped down front door & entrance ready for visitors last Friday. But shamefully didnt tidy small front garden we have will try & do that today. Don't have dining room yipiee!

i've just looked at my list I've put wash dd, but not wash & dress dd. Also put wash me & not wash & dress me. Ellie is washed & dressed , Iam not. God I am rambling nonsense now

good morning everybody have had a grand total of 2 and half hours sleep last night and I am shattered. Finally got to sleep at 3am and then woke up at 5am.

Have though managed to 2 lots of washing, so there might be a good thing! not sure though.

My to do list:

Coffee, Coffee, Coffee!
Hoover dust and sweep
put away the washing
more washing and drying
wash up and dry up the breakfast dishes
general tidy up as we have a friend coming to stay tomorrow for a couple of days
hoover up upstairs and general tidy up
clean bathrooms

Most probably something else that will be in there that I will do but at the moment the head is not working.

See what I mean the head is definitely not working, I've put that I've had 2 and half hours kip but it was actually 2 hours kip!

Aufish - I know that shattered feeling! I cant seem to get motivated today!!!

Hotspot today is a good one for me my dining room is being used as a dumping ground at the moment and its getting on my nerves! Front door is rotten too lol!

EHM - nothing exciting really, few ebay bits for baby, new mugs and new teatowel and DS's whole new uniform for sept!! Just need to sew the labels and get his shoes and Im done for him! I like all this being organised, its much better than stressing about it come August!!

Right Im off for a cup of tea and a banana (energy lol) then Ill get going!

Today so far I have..

Painted my bathroom!!! (needs a second coat a bit later)

That's my lot for the day except for the mission as I'm darned chuffed with myself as it's been half finished for the past 2 years

Back again having a sit down and a coffee.

My done list:

Make and serve breakfast

Get his clothes ready
Get dressed
Get ds's lunch box ready
Take him to school, wave off the bus
Got to toddler group, pay subs etc

Sort for drying
Take down dry washing
Hang up wet washing
Put clothes away and organise an ironing pile

Give cats the fish bits

The end house neighbour went north sea fishing yesterday and brought round his substantial catch for filletting (They had already been gutted) So we had loads of heads, tails, spines etc. I've made fish stock and laid the remainder out for the moggies. He let us have about half the catch too so it's a fishy tea tonight.

Well I've done naff all since my last post except. Had a long bath, decided to bring Ellie in with me we had lots of fun loads of bubbles. We both smell all baby like & clean. Ellie is dressed for the 2nd time today & i am dressed. It peeing down again, I know I shouldn't complain because there are people who are flooded. Will it ever stop!

Washing basket is empty until later today. Clothes drying through out the house just of the off chance the sun may come out later.

Right off to prepare lunch & decide what to do for tea tonight. Lots of food not eaten/cooked from the weekend. Any suggestions for the following.

Mixed bag of peppers, 6 large flat mushrooms, spring onions, tomatoes, potatoes, selection of cheeses, chicken fillets.

Fresh fish thats sounds fab, you are clever making fish stock. I won't let my cats see your post or they will want to come round for tea if there are scraps going

EHM...make a pepperonata with the red and yellow peppers

Stuff the mushrroms with Garlic butter, fry them off and stuff them in a bun like a burger

Just pan fry the chicken, serve with pepperonata and spuds

God I'm dead hungry now

We are very well EHM Thanks. I've got my 6 month hell behind me now so it's onwards and upwards now.

Kiddy coughs seem to take ages to clear. Hope Ellie's leaves soon.

Fish stock is easy..fish trimmings and water, couple of garlic cloves, some bay leaves (which are taking over the herb patch) and a few peppercorns. Boil for 20 mins, strain off the bones etc and....Fish stock (apologies to any foodies watching) It tastes OK so I'll freeze it for use later Any suggestions for what I can do with it gratefully received.

EHM - great minds think alike, I had anice long bath while DS slept in his cot and I read some of my book! feeling very now, only an hour or two before I have to leave to get DS from school and my list looks like this!
