Kitchen not finished waiting for quartz used machine 6 times ish starting to get used to it but put it on a quick wash earlier and the spin was so intense it felt like everything around was shaking and now the the cupboard door covering it is out of sync and won’t close :( sure I’ve made a mistake buying it but will have to live with it for a while till I feel I’ve had some of my money’s worth so any advice would be great

Check it is level etc

Sounds like the machine is unstable, there are legs on the bottom of it that can be adjusted to make it more secure on the floor. You could try shaking the machine and seeing which leg/s need adjusted.

use a spirit level to check it is completely flat.

There are clips which should be taken off after transit and if you don’t it’ll shake like who knows what

Good point about the transport bolts. If they are still in place the washing machine will sound terrible. A lot of washing machines now come with a spirit level built in under the detergent drawer. Have a look at the instructions / Google to see if your model has one as it will tell you instantly if it's level or not.
