I’ve name changed for this as everyone in my circle knows this story.
On the 21st July we ordered a Stratus V sofa from Next. We were given a 10-12 week lead time. It eventually turned up 17 weeks after ordering following numerous calls from us as well as going to twitter etc as we were told that it was on its way then it would never arrive etc.
Anyway, mid November it finally arrived. Except it only had half of the required number of feet. The delivery guy was baffled as he couldn’t understand why they’d sent half the of the feet and not the rest. I also noted there were no scatter cushions but was more concerned with the fact that my sofa was on a small slope and potentially damaging my wood floor and putting strain on the join on the sofa. We were told that day that the feet would be sent to us the following Monday. The feet have still not arrived. The scatter cushions eventually arrived mid December.
I have spoken to Next around 10-15 times now since including via social media and going in store and been reassured each time the feet are on their way. I’m beyond furious and just want the rest of my bloody order that makes my sofa complete.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I can’t find the CEO or similar on twitter.
Please no one else waste your money on a Next sofa.
