Oh heck
Washer in very frequent use of course, and fo some reason it smells all mouldy when you open it (empty) - esp if door has been closed for a while.

Anyone come across this? Didn't think my laundry was that dirty! And what can I do???

do a 90 wash

you could add vingar (but have herd a handy man say that vinegar can damage he inside of the machine) or soda crystals (is that waht they are called) OR a bit of bleach in the drum

also be sure to clean the filter which over time can get all gunky

then when clean leave the door open as much as possible when machine is empty

You need to keep the door open, or just a bit ajar, between washes. Also make sure your dry out the rubber seal around the door as lots of water can collect in there and it can go all gunky.
