Miele Twindos cartridges

Is anyone else having trouble buying the Twindos cartridges for Miele washing machines? I can’t seem to buy them online from Miele anymore and third party sites are asking silly money for them.

What are they? That's a lot of money!

They’re canisters you put in your Miele washing machine that have liquid detergente in, and it’s supposed to accurately dose each wash with detergent depending on the type and weight of wash.
Each canister costs about £13 and lasts me a good few months.
