Best fridge freezer?

Our third fridge freezer died before Christmas. It was a Samsung and typically only a few months out of warranty.

Would you recommend yours?

I want 60cm wide. Would prefer a tall one.
Want a freezer at least 95l big as do batch cooking.

I want our next one to last longer than 5 years. Is that unrealistic?

I'm currently looking at liebherr. Are they any good?

I've half ruled out Bosch because their freezers seem pretty small.

We have a Bosch - not sure of the capacity but it is tall. It's now 12 years old, it's never let us down, but it does have a tendency to freeze stuff at the back of the fridge.
