Do you have one of these stand mixers? I am debating between the two...is the Titanium worth it over the KMix? Help please

I have the Chef Titanium, and adore it. I have, and regularly use, lots of the extra attachments (juicer, citrus juicer, ice cream maker, spice grinder, etc). Would definitely recommend.

Great to hear that, thanks for the feedback. Does it deal well with smaller quantities and can the whisk/beater reach the bottom of the bowl?

Me too, titanium, yes it copes with quantities big and small, very versatile machine.

I’ve not found it a problem with smaller quantities, but I know someone who has the XL model, and they have the issue you mention.

I had the problem with a kitchen aid professional 6.5l bowl so maybe it is size related.

I love the fact that the Chef does everything, food processor, spice mill, sausage maker/mincer (although I haven't actually used that yet!), ice cream maker in one.

I never liked my kitchen aid enough to invest in more than the ice cream maker attachment.

Thanks everyone. I have found the Titanium for £299 in Costco and will take the plunge.

I’ve had the titanium for years! It gets a lot of use and is still running like new. I LOVE it.

You can adjust the height of the beater to ensure it reaches all of the bowl - explained in the manual and easy to do. I have the Titanium - it was a wedding present and utterly fabulous. Used all the time.
