Freezer consumption rules

I have meat frozen uncooked from this year how long to keep these meats safely

Hangs head in shame

Salmon from January
Burgers from June and ground mince from October to eat or chuck

I have meat in my freezer much older than that which I will happily eat.

We tend to go by what it looks like.

If it looks odd, eg white-ish and dried out on the edges, chuck. If not, eat.

Make sure you cook it thoroughly.
