I love my new cordless Bosch vacuum but today I tried to attach the hose to do the stairs and I can’t. I have arthritic hands and just can’t push in the buttons each side to get the motor bit off the handle bit.
Must I send it back and tell Bosch it’s unusable? Are any other brands easy to detach and attach the other bits for weak hands?
