Has anyone used Stardrops - White Vinegar spray?

I was going to buy the Wilkinson brand but I popped into Home Bargains and saw it for 79p so I bought it as it is a lot cheaper than Wilko! Anyway, I used it and my God it is very strong. I only sprayed it three times to clean my surfaces and the fumes it gave off was almost burning my eyes. I checked on Google and many people are saying it is actually corrosive and toxic? I know I could've easily bought distilled vinegar from the supermarket but this one was more convenient and, seemingly, the same thing! Anyone had this issue? I want to use it to clean my windows and tiles but I'm worried now!

I dilute vinegar with water (half and half) and add a few drops of essential oil for my all purpose cleaning spray. For windows, I use the same but add a teaspoon of washing up liquid and a teaspoon of isopropyl (you can use cheap vodka instead). I don't use neat vinegar for wiping surfaces.
