How many hours do I need a cleaner for?

My previous cleaner managed to clean my house in 3 hours. I offered extra time but she declined. Unfortunately she left and I now have a new cleaner. The new cleaner has extra time but is not cleaning things that I’d expect. Things are not being dusted so it’s building up. She isn’t cleaning the TVs ( I understand leaving the screens but the outsides still need a dust), wall pictures, kids rooms, stuff on the side in my bedroom etc. She will clean my chest of drawers but not the things on it so they are getting very dusty. She also isn’t vacuuming behind anything so I’m having to go around and finish off.

I’m unsure whether to get rid of her or ask her to do more time. So I wondered if I could get some opinions on how long a cleaner would need to do the following. Please no snipey comments about having a cleaner.

Change super king and two single beds
Vacuum 3 double rooms and one box room.
Dust and polish in 3 bedrooms.
Clean family bathroom, shower room and wc.
Hoover landings and two flights of stairs.
Clean kitchen sides, wipe cupboard doors, dining table, shelving unit.
Dust living room
Vacuum living room and kitchen and mop.

My previous cleaner managed in 3 hours to a good standard but she may have been super quick.

I think she'd have to be pretty quick to do that in 3hours, but it probably is possible.
My cleaner is an absolute whizz, but I don't ask her to change beds which adds on a bit, and I don't ask her to move furniture around and clean behind it.
Maybe you were very lucky with your previous one. I'd say 4 hours was probably more comfortable for that.

I do t mean for her to move furniture but to vacuum underneath chairs etc.
