How can I clean my rubber bathmat?

The non-slip kind that suctions to the bottom of the bath, I mean.

It's quite new but gone a bit slimey (I know, it should be hung up to dry, but I'm a busy lady!). Will lobbing it in the machine do any good?

Just use your normal bathroom cleaning stuff and hang it up. i shove mine on towel rail after each baby bath.

bleach
or omethign

I hang mine over the bath sucker-side up to dry.

Don't bother once it goes black and slimy - buy a new one in Asda for £1.49

I soak mine overnight in a little bleach and water..rinse off in the morning

I try to remember to hang it up but sometimes forget. Will try bath cleaner, then bleach, and failing that will get a new one

Thanks all.

Put it in the washing machine with biological washing powder on a delicates or 30 degree cycle (seriously).

Deffo in washing machine and mine has survived a 40, but try a synthetics 30 for starters. Also Oxi Action works brilliantly on it too if you throw that into the washing machine.
