Anyone a dab hand with baby squid, if so please share

I would just dip in flour (maybe with some lime zest and chilli) and fry. Trick with squid, imo, is to fry for a very short time on a high heat, with the outer surface dry, otherwise the water comes out, and you just boil them, and they're not as tasty.

thanks, nqc, that is where i have gone wrong before when they have not been dry and boiled rather than fried. Was after the fried texture not boiled. thank you

Thread onto a skewer interspersed with cherry tomatoes and barbecue for a couple of minutes.Guess you could do the same on a griddle...mmm
