Best smelling washing powders/fabric softener?

I loveeee the smell of Daz with the blue Leonor fabric softener or the yellow surf and the yellow comfort softener! But recently I've found that once I dry them either in the tumble dryer or on a clothes horse they don't smell fresh anymore! What's your favourite washing powder and fabric softener?

Comfort intense- you only need the small capful and it smells fresh for ages

I use a variety of bio powders and end up going back to comfort pure or fairy fabric softeners. Have you cleaned your filters and the dispenser drawer?

Thank you!

My go to softeners are blue and yellow lenor.

My current fave is cherry blossom and sweet pea comfort and I've just bought the comfort frosted pine and Apple softener to try.

Powders I like are Ariel, Daz and Almat (green box from Aldi)

I love Tesco lavender, it's often on special too. Smell lingers ages and not actually that lavendery

Tesco non-bio

And I bought some Oasis fabric conditioner to try (Passion for Paradise) which is nice .

Comfort intense blue skies with same laundry pearls and dryer sheet. Lush!

Waitrose Honeysuckle conditioner (you can also buy on Ocado):

Smells lovely. I like the smell of some of the Method washing liquids but have found they aren't good at shifting even recent wet stains.

Comfort strawberry and Lily, it's amazing and still smells strongly after drying on radiator or clothes horse!

TheFairyCaravan · 04/11/2018 15:47

I always go back to Comfort Pure or Fairy fabric softeners regardless of what I use. They smell lovely but without the strong chemically smell.

Comfort intense - the blue one. I also use Fairy washing liquid or gel as DC are sensitive, or the ALDI alternative and people always comment on how fab my family's clothes smell!!!
