How do I clean the rubber ring inside the washing machine. Do I scrub it with something as it’s black inside.

Use an anti bacterial spray with disposable cloth
Then run washing machine empty on a 90 with soda crystals. It’ll bring machine up all shiny and clean

Just reread my post,both products can be used to clean washing machine
But they aren’t the same.
Soda crystals are a stronger alkali, can use in laundry too for whites
