Essential oils for a nice smelling home.

I'm reluctant to burn candles as I don't want to pollute the air in the house, but I really want to get some nice smells going.

Can anyone recommend the best essential oils to use to produce lovely scents?

I have a Lavender and Rosemary diffuser from Dumelm in our bedroom. It's a lovely, relaxing smell.

I like rose and geranium downstairs and ylang ylang in my bedroom.

I have just got a Neom diffuser so use some preblended oils that they do, I use ‘sleep’ upstairs and the ‘destress’ one downstairs.

Daytime I like grapefruit - bright, fresh, invigorating.

Evenings I adore ylang ylang, geranium either alone or together.

The Pecksniffs arometherapy diffusers are lovely and cheap in TK Maxx. They are excellent value for money as they last far longer than my White Company diffusers too! Or if you are happy to go a bit spendy then you can literally do no better than the Aromatherapy Associates electric warming plug in that you add the oils too, the scent from that is absolutely amazing and all natural, makes the house smell like a spa Smile
