I bought a washer / tumble 2 weeks ago and on the day I purchased it, i was knocked back by the smell! I've run 2 auto-cleans but it still smells awful.
I just phoned the technical service and was advised to run 2 hot washes and that should clear it but if it doesn't and an engineer comes out and decided there's no problem then I'll be charged a fee!
To be honest I just want to return it at this stage. Has anyone had this issue?
I don't want to wash my clothes as they just come out smelling really musty and it really wasn't cheap so I can't just replace it if they won't
