Duvet recommendations

Looking for a new duvet. We have a Dunelm one at the moment (probably microfibre but not sure). It is 4.5 together and even in the cooler weather I wake up hot.

Was wandering if a new duvet would help and would like recommendations for one that might help me stay cool?

Tog, not together.

Lots of companies sell temperature regulating duvets, you have microfibre which is rubbish at it hence why you get hot.

Good old M&S sells a 1 tog duvet which temperature regulates here
