Help smelly bra!

Just going to start by saying that I'm a one wear and it gets washed type when it comes to bras.

So spent a morning batch cooking lots of Pasta sauces, curry sauces and various other savoury delights for the freezer, this of course involved chopping copious amounts of onions and using various herbs and spices. Afterwards my clothes smelt a bit so everything including underwear went into the wash. Everything came out fine except my bra which had a distinct whiff of onions about it. I've washed the bra twice more and it still smells of onions! So any idea why this is and what if anything I can do to get rid of this smell or do I need to ditch it?

perhaps try using lenor unstoppables? the strong smell of them may help.

Have you used biological powder? I find it's the only thing that gets smells out of clothes.

Are you sure it's the BA that smells and that the smell isn't still lingering iyswim? Soak it in fabric softener if it's the bra

Pop in a box and sprinkle with bicarbonate?

Hang it outside if it's a sunny day.

Detail anti bacterial laundry liquid. It’s the only thing that worked when I needed to get the smell of onions out of some clothing!

Dettol*
