Repairing small rip in sofa

Sorry if this is in the wrong thread.....

Anyone have any tips on repairing this small tear on the arm of my sofa? My accidental damage excess is £250 so can't claim on my house insurance.

I've looked at fabric repair kits but no idea which one to get or do I try to just use glue.

No need for replies now, turns out I took out accidental damage protection when I bought it!! result.

That’s good news! Would be interested to know what they do to fix it - can they repair or will they replace a chunk of fabric?

I would have just bought some nice pearly/silver covers if it couldn't be fixed :)

Reading their terms and conditions, they have to attempt repair first or then replacement of the sofa! Secretly hoping they can't repair it so I have 2 sofas!
