DP told me the other night that he woke up and the sweat was running off him (he'd had some kind of minor temp bug). he said the sheet underneath and on top of him was wringing. I did ask if he's peed the bed - he wasn't amused.

Yuck

They were off an in the w/machine quicker than you can say 'keep away from me you sweaty git'.

Temps went down to 27deg on Sunday - we were freezing. Luckily, someone changes the sheets for me, hehehe.

TheDaVinciCod · 12/06/2007 19:22

doggiesayswoof · 12/06/2007 19:28

In an ideal world, yes they should. Not round here though. I am ahppy in my slatternhood.

(Off topic - I have discovered that MIL does not change the sheets on the guest bed between visits. I suspected she didn't, so the last time we were there I hid a small toy in the bed. Visited again at weekend, and toy was still there. Not slating her, as she is lovely, but was intrigued - I'd never do that)

ahundredtimes · 12/06/2007 19:31

arf.

have to go and put dcs to bed. I'm going to do a 'do you think it'll get colder next week' thread when I'm back.

WideWebWitch · 12/06/2007 19:31

twice a week, are you mad? Whotf has time to do that? We work such silly hours we're barely in our beds long enough to taint them tbh.

TheDaVinciCod · 12/06/2007 19:32

ah yes
havd don ds1s and ours otday

Enid · 12/06/2007 19:33

god I have my MIL for these kinds of comments without cod starting threads on mumsnet

doggiesayswoof · 12/06/2007 19:36

Have pondered.

Twice a month is definitely sufficient. tis cooler up here anyway
