What can a cleaner clean in 4 hours??

We have a 5 bed, 3.5 bathroom house, 2 adults, 2 small kids, no dog.
I work all hours. We have had a cleaner for about 6 months and she is great. She does 2.5 hours cleaning a week and 1 hour ironing. On the 2.5 hours she does the basics; hoovering, cleaning kitchen floor, cleaning 2.5 bathrooms.
Although she is great and does what she can in 2.5 hours we have asked her to do an additional 2 hours per week so that I don't have to clean on the weekend. But then she asked me what should she clean in the extra 2 hours. .. ideas please?
Clean out fridge
Clean bathroom taps and floor (better)
Clean 3rd bathroom
Dust...

What else?
Many thanks.

Clean inside of window, pull out furniture and clean behind, clean inside cupboards on rotation.

Also, what are you cleaning on the weekend if you feel you need her two extra hours? Get her to clean what you're doing at the weekend??

4 hours per week seems an awful lot, given that she does most of the house on 2.5 hours?

DD had a similar sized house and found it worked well to have a cleaner twice a week for 2 hours at a time. Upstairs on a Tuesday, downstairs on a Friday.
