Loft beds

I'm thinking about getting DS a loft bed - but how the hell do you change the sheets??? Anyone have any experience of loft beds, and any tips? Thanks in advance.

I let dc change the sheets...

if not, I tip the mattress on it's side to change the sheets or take the matress off the bed to do it.

You have to get up there and wrestle until kids are old enough (and secretive enough) to do it themselves. It's like wrestling a wet dolphin (I imagine), but I like being 'up' there and peering down on everyone.

Just mind your head on the ceiling.
