How much do cleaners charge?

I'm in south of Scotland. House is a pit. Hasn't been cleaned properly for 3 years. (I became disabled.) We don't have much disposable income and I'm trying to persuade dh to just bite the bullet and hire one, even if it's a one off.

Wish I was closer op!! North East here @£10 an hour.
I do one- off's and loads of other company's will too!!.
Write a list of your tasks and have a look on gumtree /local newspaper maybe?
