Musty airing cupboard

We've just moved into a house that hasn't been lived in since the start of the year, and the airing cupboard smells really musty... ConfusedCan anyone please recommend something I could put in there to tackle the smell and try and stop my towels etc. smelling of it too!

Id try a bowl of bicarb and change it daily for a couple of days. You could also try dryer sheets? If it's possible to keep the door open for a while that would help too
