Anyone got a Samsung washing machine and would you recommend it?

Long story short, very pissed off with Samsung! Our machine started intermittently leaking from the little ‘add’ window in February. Finally after countless ‘repairs’, replacement windows/seals etc they ha e agreed to replace it. I really do t want the same one so am trying to get a different model - hence asking for recommendations please?

I would never use a Samsung washing machine. I had endless problems with it! Hotpoint is just as bad. I now have a whirlpool washing machine and it is brilliant! No problems (knock on wood), runs smooth and washes very well!

Oh Slimming Mum! We’re pressing for a refund because I really don’t want another Samsung, Crap machineand even crappier customer service!

Ours is great. No leaking little window, huge drum, quick cycle - and it sings me the song of its people when it's done.

Had mine a couple of years now never had any trouble doesn't have anything fancy like the add window though

Yes I have one and I love it. It doesn't have the add window though. Also have a tumblr dryer. Love the super quick wash cycle even if I'm not at all sold on the annoying song it sings when done

I love my Samsung eco bubble but only had it since dec previously had an LG that was also good didn’t rate hot point or zanussi

You can switch it so it doesn’t play a tune but I like it

I think there are various models mine is the 9 kg 1400 spin it was on offer in curry’s when my washer broke over Christmas and was in store to collect which is why we went for it but I am pleased with it and so far had no problems. Unlike my hot point that had pretty much every part replaced in the first 2 years then finally died just outside the guarantee
