problem with Miele washing machine

I am having almost every clothing item coming out badly bobbled from our Miele washing machine, even new things, and particularly 100% cotton T-shirts. Miele's response ; wash everything on Minimum Iron, which has a lower spin speed. So spent nearly £1000 for a washing machine on which I can use only one cycle! Or take our dirty laundry over to my daughter's house to wash.Talk about buyers remorse.

Have had a Miele washing machine for over twenty years and no issues. Spin everything at 1200.

Oh that is bad. On my Miele washing machine I think the minimum iron programme is only half a load so check your manual.

The only thing I can think of is putting each item into one of those net bags to see if it helps.

I have always been a big fan of Miele and have several appliances but I have noticed over the past couple of years I am reading bad reviews of their products and customer service. One of their selling points has been building appliances that last for 20 years but I am not sure I would pay over the odds now for Miele.
