Morning all, hope you're all well today
I must try to get on with some jobs today as I've had a very slack week since my big clean-up on Tuesday (not that you'd know I'd done any of it then if you saw the house this morning )

My house is a tip too...I have done naff all in the kitchen all week so I may have to do a quick blitz this morning.

Well I have a couple of hours now before I pick DS up...then I'm off into town to go to the bank and pick DD1 a sun hat up (she's outgrown last years)

Hello again I've been and had my eyebrows done, hardly hurt at all and has definatly opened up my face etc. I'm very happy to have got it over with - another achievement all round - with the anxiety and with starting to try to look after myself a bit better Thanks for all your support girls I really do appreciate it
But I'm home now and have to get on with some housework - basically everything needs doing - MIL is coming tomorrow so house needs to be looking good...I'm going to do my usual trick and start upstairs then work my way downstairs. See you all later x

..oh and EHM sorry you're having a bad time with sleep again - hope it passes soon and you get a good rest. My dd was awake at 5.30 this morning shouting out so we all ended up awake she's gone to school with a serrious attack of the grumps today!

...oh yes Luda, it was supposed to just be a new swimsuit from bravissimo but I ended up treating myself to a couple of new bras too Couldn't justify matching knickers - the pair to go with one bra I ordered cost £19for a pair of pants Went online to M&S for new knickers instead

I think our cat is poorly - he hasn't eaten for a couple of days...but he's behaving normally in every other way - he even brought a mouse home this morning...may need a trip to the vet later/tomorrow...

Have to go and collect ds now and will go straight to the garden centre then come home and get on

Good afternoon, have only just pulled myself together to post on here today, as am feeling abit sick today.

wash up and dry up
put a load in the dryer
put a load in the washer
unpacked my delivery from Boots
been to computer shop for DP as his new game was released this morning, so am now offically a Forza 2 widow!

To do:

Mop the kitchen floor as something sticky has been spilt on it
clean the downstairs loo
put away the pile of ironing that I did last night
make youngest bed

I'm only just back from the garden centre - took ages but was a nice little outing - spoilt by the blasted car breaking down Every year before we go away on holiday the car plays up ...I was quite concerned that we wouldn't make it home...
So, have still done nothing more today Need to give ds lunch now, then collect dd so housework will have to wait

Also went swimming with DD's this morning so nothing done in the house at all.

Oh, flippin' heck! I've done no FLYing for the past couple of days and am now going to have to spend my Friday eve franticly getting the place ship-shape again Am going to have a blitz and hope that dh and I can have a nice supper together at 9ish...not sure I have the time but it has to be done!

Well I have had such a busy week I hope next week settles down!!!

What a day. Boss was in a FOUL mood (or should I say FOWL mood - running about like headless chicken...) not with me but with other members of staff and it made the day very uncomfortable.

Fell out with dd1 before I left for work so the day was destined to go downhill.

Anyway, house not too bad. Quickly tidied and dishes done and put away. Kids in bed and bottle of wine opened (actually it was opened the second I got in from work...) and a huge bar of chocolate has been consumed. Out tomorrow morning but will do
Thur and Fri missions at some point. Got plumber coming on Monday to put in new bathroom and plumb in washing machine and tumble drier in utility room in readiness for new kitchen in a few weeks. So got loads of clearing out to do in readiness. Think this calls for a major de-cluttering spree.

Aufish you did so well whilst feeling under the weather!!

I'm back and will be FLYing toorrow. I have lots of laundry to catch up on.

Sorry but there is no chance of me reading all the threads I've missed, but I did notice glassslipper being nice about me on another thread You made me smile.
