Double glazing - Noise

Hello everyone. I'm sure my double glazing is not as sound proof as it used to be. I can hear cars driving past and I'm not sure if its always been like this or that I'm now noticing it more.

Just wondered if anyone else can hear outside noises through their double glazing as I always thought it was meant to be soundproof.

Thanks.

We have wooden frame double glazing and it isn't sound proof. Previous house had secondary glazing which was much better.
