What to expect from an hours ironing?

Hi all
Just wanted your opinion on this. We pay £50 a month for an hour of ironing weekly.
This week we only had 5 men's workshirts, a skirt and a simple dress ironed in the hour. The rest was left in the wash basket. The shirts were not even buttoned up.

Previously we have had only 3 shirts and 3 t shirts ironed. Does this seem an appropriate amount for an hours work? Or am I expecting too much? What could you iron in an hour?

My cleaners agreed to do 6 shirts in 30 mins but actually they usually do 10.

3 shirts and 3 t shirts in one hour is pitiful. I could get through a massive tub of ironing in an hour (I do have one of those irons that have a steam generating tank which makes it quicker but still...).

I hate ironing with a passion and am very easily distracted whilst doing it and even I could get through more than 3 shirts and 3 t-shirts in an hour, they are taking the piss!

When I'm estimating how long my ironing pile will take to clear, I usually reckon five minutes per garment, to include hanging, buttoning, etc. But that's overly generous, only very complicated items actually take that long.

That's ridiculous.
I can do a man's cotton shirt in less than 5 minutes.

I know very little about ironing (proud face) but that doesn't seem a lot. Do you have a good quality iron? I think many dry cleaners provide an ironing service and charge per item.

I iron so little I don't even know where our iron is- but would double that without effort. You are being taken for a ride!

I can do ten shirts in an hour (used to wear them as an auditor!) and I'm not the fastest!
