Lily pollen all over a cream top

I've searched through previous threads in this vain and see that sellotape is recommended - but does it actually work?

I haven't touched the stain so far so hoping for a fool proof method from you wise people ...

And yes, I had cut the stamens off all the flowers but two late bloomers - bloody typical!

Yes sellotape works (former florist here). Do not rub or wet the pollen mark. You might have it give it several goes. Let us know how you get on.
