Where do you live? Is there a shop near you that sells baking supplies? My mum did DH (yes DH) a Spiderman cake for his birthday last week and it had a ricepaper logo. She got it from a baking supplier/cake making shop in Manchester

Could you make a spider web cake and put a spiderman toy on top of it, they should be easy to find in any toy shop.

I'm in Twickenham.
do you know if he shop made it especially or did they just stock it?

They just stocked it I think. Goingfor3 - that's a great idea cos then they get the toy too

I am sure I have seen some Spiderman toppers in Tesco.

If you are in Edinburgh, there is a shop called Finishing Touches, 17, St. Patrick Square, Edinburgh, Midlothian EH8 9EZ
Tel: 0131 667 0914. However you are probably not anywhere near Edinburgh

Nowhere neae edinburgh

I knew this would happen-noone's near me!

There are spiderman fairy cake kits in tesco, but i think they are just red icing with blue sprinkles,no toppers. Like the spider web idea - boxes of 'writing icing' usually have black in them.

yeah-I just saw those and wasn't too impressed to be honest. hink I moght give asda a go...
