I'm having a one off clean after the summer holidays, maybe once fortnightly after.

This is the list I've compiled that I want her to do, she's coming tomorrow to see, but just wondered how long you think this would all take. 3 bed house, decent size kitchen, lounge/diner.
Cleaner list

•	Kitchen : Blinds cleaned, window, cleaned, all Worktops, doors and drawers, hob, microwave, skirting boards, back door, radiator, hoover and mop floor. 
•	Dining room : Patio door windows, dresser dusted, radiator, skirting boards, hoover and mop floor. 
•	Lounge : Window clean and polish window sill, radiator, polish surfaces, door, skirting boards, hoover. 
•	Hall : Polish surfaces and stairs, front door inside cleaned Hoover and mop. 
•	Downstairs bathroom : clean toilet, sink, cabinet, window and sill, radiator, door, hoover and mop. 
•	Stairs : Hoover and dust. 
•	Landing : Clean window and sill, polish doors, skirting boards. 
•	Bathroom (Up) : Clean all tiles, sink, bath, toilet, mirror, skirting boards, hoover and mop floor. 
•	Our room : Clean windows and sill, polish all surfaces, skirting boards, tv, wardrobe doors and drawers, mirror, hoover. 
•	1 x room : Clean windows and sill, polish all surfaces, skirting boards, wardrobe and drawers, mirror, hoover. 
•	1x room : Clean windows and sill, polish all surfaces, skirting boards, wardrobe, shelves , hoover.

That all sounds fairly standard. Depending on what state your house is in I'd say 4 hours, maybe 5.

Mine does our 3 bed in 3 hours (once a week), but I ask her to leave out the third bedroom so she can concentrate on the other heavier traffic areas. And I don't think she does the skirting boards.

Also, having any clutter around will just slow her down so try to have a good old clear-out beforehand.

My house is pretty clutter free, and not filthy by any stretch so I'm hoping she can do the whole house in maybe 5 hours? She's £13 per hour.
Then every other week for 2 hours just to go through a bit more thorough. I'd still do general cleaning (bathroom/kitchen/floors etc) in between. It's just to help me out now I'm doing more hours at work and we are both time poor!
She's coming this afternoon, is it tragic I'm excited 😂

Not tragic at all! It'll make a huge difference and give you some valuable time back.

We've been away twice in the summer, then coupled with work as well I've been slacking! First day off today so am trying to get back to normal and tidy before she comes!
