How to clean a wicker moses basket????

Hi, with only 7 weeks to go till little one makes an appearance i thought i'd better start getting sorted!! I used a wicker moses basket for my dd1 who is now 2 and a half. We've bought a new matress for the basket but was just wondering if anyone had any advice for the best way to clean the wicker bit??

upholstery tool from the hoover and then a very slightly damp cloth? leave it out in the sun for a while maybe?

toothbrush?

thanks guys, was also wondering if i should use any form of disinfectant or what would be safe to use etc Its been up in the loft but has been in a few black bin bags so hopefully kept clean

id just use hot water and washing up liquid (tiny bit) tbh

I used spray dettol on mine! Am I a strange sterile freak?! :D
