Window cleaners

I'm trying to find out how much people pay on average for a window cleaner. I've messaged a few to get quotes and the vary from £4 to £15. I only want the front of my house done once a month.

I pay £16 for a 4 bedroom detached house once every 6 weeks. West Midlands.

12 quid every two months
Two bedroom end of terrace including front and back and doors

£12 every four weeks. Semi with 2 upstairs 2 down on the front. One on the side. 2 upstairs and loads of glass across ground floor at the back. Old style cleaners who have to climb onto a flat roof. They also clean any debris they come across and do kitchen sky lights.
