Getting limescale off natural stone

We've got granite and travertine. Anyone found anything that gets the limescale off please

On our black Granite I just used to use cillit bang and a white scourer. Leave it to sit for a while then scrub off. Totally not recommended but it got all the limescale off and did the Granite no damage
